Elevation level and wfcrun32.exe

When User Access Control (UAC) is enabled on devices running Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, only processes at the same elevation/integrity level as wfcrun32.exe can launch the virtual applications.

Example 1:

When wfcrun32.exe is running as a normal user (un-elevated), other processes such as Receiver must be running as a normal user to launch applications through wfcrun32.exe.

Example 2:

When wfcrun32.exe is running in elevated mode, other processes such as Receiver, Connection Center, and third party applications using the ICA Client Object that are running in non-elevated mode cannot communicate with wfcrun32.exe.
