Known issues in 2203

Note:

Known issues that are described in the 2203 initial release of this article continue to be present in the CU updates unless they are included in the list of fixed issues.

Known issues in StoreFront 2203 CU5

  • End users might be unable to access their store website after upgrading from Citrix StoreFront version 2203 CU5 to any version earlier than StoreFront 2402. Contact Citrix’s support team for additional assistance in resolving the issue. [LCM-13954]

Known issues in StoreFront 2203 CU4

  • Attempt to start resources or app enumeration might fail when you upgrade StoreFront to version 2203 LTSR CU4.

    Note:

    The issue is fixed in 2203 LTSR CU4 Update 1.

Known issues in StoreFront 2203

  • StoreFront installation might fail intermittently when TelemetryService.exe file locks “Framework.xml”. As a workaround, stop the Citrix Telemetry Service and repeat the installation. [LCM-12147]

  • Citrix Application Delivery Controller (ADC) delegated user authentication or application enumeration might fail after upgrading StoreFront to version 2203. The issue occurs when TLS1.0 is disabled on the ADC or on a Secure XML Traffic configured Delivery Controller before the StoreFront upgrade. For more information, see https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX457757. [CVADHELP-19774]. This issue is fixed in the 2203 LTSR CU1 release.
