Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops™ 7 2507 LTSR includes the following fixed issues.

General

During the initial site setup, the Broker Service temporarily starts with License Activation Service setting set to false due to a delay in configuration sync from the Citrix Config Synchronizer Service (CSS). This results in a one-time error, resolved automatically after the sync completes.
Delivery Controller™ fails to upgrade from Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 2402 CU1 to 2503.
A memory leak in the Broker Service might happen because of the WCF connection to the FMA trust service.
Machines on GoCloud can sometimes hibernate or shut down while in use.
Previously, sessions could not be launched on machines with incorrect or missing hypervisor HostedMachineID values (resulting in their PowerState or FaultState being VirtualMachineNotFound). Sessions can now be launched on these machines provided they are powered-on and registered.
Installing VDA 2507 LTSR EAR2 fails if an existing version of uberAgent® was installed independently of the VDA MetaInstaller. As a workaround, you can uninstall the existing uberAgent before installing VDA 2507 LTSR EAR2. The installer will then deploy the required uberAgent version.
When you use the Citrix Workspace™ app to access the VDA with Unicode input mode enabled, and either the "Unicode keyboard layout mapping" or "Automatic keyboard display" group policy is turned on, you might notice reduced performance in Microsoft Excel when scrolling through large pages. This issue occurs because UIAutomation APIs are incompatible with Excel.
A new option A restart before installation is recommended is added to the meta installer when uninstalling the VDA agent. However, the checkbox does not function correctly, and you are advised not to use it.
With Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 2411, the Connection Strength Indicator (CSI) on the Desktop Viewer toolbar does not display the correct protocol information. Instead, the protocol is shown as N/A in the CSI details.
The Back button action might not work when used in a window that is redirected with Browser Content Redirection.
When Google Chrome is configured as a published application, Browser Content Redirection (BCR) may fail for the first navigation attempt after the application is launched.
When using Google Chrome on a page that is actively being redirected by Browser Content Redirection (BCR), the address bar's autocomplete suggestion list is rendered incorrectly. As you type into the address bar, the drop-down list of suggestions (such as search history or bookmarks) appears behind the BCR content overlay, making it invisible and unusable.
When Browser Content Redirection (BCR) is used for Google Meet in conjunction with the Browser Profile Sharing feature, users might be unexpectedly disconnected from the meeting after a period of time.
When accessing a signed-in website using Browser Content Redirection with profile sharing, disconnecting and then reconnecting a Citrix session can sometimes prompt the user to sign in again after the page is reloaded. This issue can also occasionally occur upon a page refresh within the same session.
The thumbnail preview will not display in the foreground when you hover over an app's thumbnail preview (for example, from the task bar) if Browser Content Redirection page, MTOP, UC SDK or RAVE window is overlapping it.
The BCR page may flicker if you click outside the browser window (for example, on the taskbar or Start menu) and then click back into it.

Citrix Director

You might be unable to reset a user profile in Citrix Director. You can manually rename the user profile folder in the profile store path.

Citrix Policy

After hibernation, you might notice that the VDA doesn’t apply domain-configured GPOs, leading to policy misalignment upon reinitialization.

Delivery Controller

CitrixUpgradeAgent service is not able to start in non English OS locale.

Graphics

After installing July 2025 Windows updates on session hosts, you might experience issues with mouse cursor placement in your sessions.

Secure Private Access with Web Studio

Under the Settings > Integrations tab, the error messages appear behind the dialog box instead of in front of it. No workaround for this issue and it does not affect any features or user experiences.

Note:

The issue occurs only when you access the Secure Private Access from Web Studio. It is not applicable if you access the standalone Secure Private Access.

Universal Print Server

Printing

After upgrading from Universal Print Server (UPS) to 2203 LTSR CU5, you might experience long delays when selecting a printer. The printer might stay in the “Connecting to printer” state and take over a minute to become available.

VDA for single-session OS

System Exceptions

A blue screen error with code PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (0x50) might occur intermittently due to an issue in the picadm.sys module.

VDA for multi-session OS

Session/Connection

A multi-session VDA might become unregistered and completely unresponsive. You cannot reconnect to the affected virtual machine until you manually restart it.
A blue screen error with code PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (0x50) might occur intermittently due to an issue in the picadm.sys module.

Smart Cards

The Certificate Propagation Service might crash intermittently, causing smart card authentication to fail.
