Endpoint OS Version Visibility

The Session and Connection pages include an Endpoint OS Version column and a corresponding filter. The column lets you view the endpoint operating system version. You can filter sessions or connections based on the OS version from which the user launches. This feature supports Windows and Linux devices.

  • View the endpoint OS version on both the Session and Connection pages.
  • Filter sessions or connections based on the endpoint OS version.

Example usage

To filter sessions or connections launched from a specific Windows OS version:

  1. Navigate to the Sessions or Connections page.
  2. Locate the filter for the Endpoint OS Version column.
  3. Enter the specific text for the Windows version you want to filter by (for example, Windows 10).
  4. Apply the filter.

Example: If you enter Windows 10 in the filter, the list updates to show only connections or sessions launched from Windows 10 machines.

System requirements

  • Minimum App Version:
    • Windows CWA App version: 2508
    • Linux CWA App version: CWAL 2601
  • Minimum VDA Version: VDA version 2511

Limitations

-  The Endpoint OS Version column displays values only for Windows and Linux devices. Other operating systems are not currently supported. Support for other operating systems is planned for future releases.
