Creating an uberAgent® Support Bundle

It may happen that the uberAgent support team asks you to create an uberAgent support bundle. A support bundle is a collection of log files and registry items which helps the support team troubleshoot your case. The uberAgent Config & Support tool collects all necessary logs and information for you, and conveniently creates a zip archive on your desktop.

Requirements

Windows

  • Windows 10 version 1607 or later
  • Windows Server 2016 or later

macOS

  • macOS Ventura or newer

Download & Installation

Starting with uberAgent 7.5, the uberAgent Config & Support tool is installed along with uberAgent. You can find it in uberAgent’s installation directory. However, if you’re using an older version of uberAgent, or want to manually update the tool, please follow these instructions.

Simply download the uberAgent Config & Support tool from the Citrix Observability download section to the machine from which you want to create the support bundle. Please note that uberAgent has to be installed on this machine.

Usage

To create a support bundle, launch the uberAgent Config & Support tool and click on Create Support Bundle.

Once complete, the tool displays a notification and saves the bundle to your desktop. Upload this bundle to your Citrix case or forward it to the requestor.
