Citrix Aidrien
The Citrix Aidrien integration for Director provides a streamlined bridge between on‑premises Director environments and Citrix Cloud. Citrix Aidrien is an AI‑powered service available within Citrix Cloud that is designed to deliver in‑product support and assistance for Citrix and NetScaler solutions.
Citrix Aidrien enables administrators to ask questions in natural language and receive instant responses enriched with Citrix published documentation for Citrix and NetScaler solutions.
When an administrator clicks the Citrix Aidrien button in Director, they are redirected to the Citrix Cloud interface. Administrators can authenticate using their Citrix Cloud user credentials and continue working in Citrix Aidrien.

Prerequisites
Before using the Citrix Aidrien integration in Director, ensure that the following requirements are met:

The administrator has a valid Citrix Cloud account with appropriate permissions to access Citrix Aidrien.

Citrix Aidrien is enabled, and the administrator has been granted access. For more information, see Manage access to Citrix Aidrien.

Before using the Citrix Aidrien integration in Director, ensure the following requirements are met:

Ensure Citrix Aidrien is enabled in Citrix Cloud. For more details, See Enable Citrix Aidrien in Citrix Cloud.

Citrix Aidrien integration for on-prem Director only uses Citrix Published Documentation and does not support environment context.
Citrix Director will show the Aidrien button for all administrators using Director console.
Getting Started
Getting started with Citrix Aidrien from Director is straightforward:
- Sign in to Citrix Director as an administrator.
- Locate and click the Citrix Aidrien button in the top right corner of the Director UI.
- You are redirected to the Citrix Cloud sign‑in page.
- Authenticate using your Citrix Cloud user credentials.
- After successful sign‑in, Citrix Aidrien opens in Citrix Cloud, allowing you to continue your workflow.
- No additional setup or configuration is required in Director beyond meeting the prerequisites.
