The User Identity device policy lets you configure user identity assets for iOS devices. The settings include the user’s email address and full name.

To add or configure this policy, go to Configure > Device Policies. For more information, see Device policies.

Prerequisites

CEM version is equal to or greater than 25.5.0.
The feature flag ios.mdm.declarative.management is activated. Contact your admin to enable this feature if needed.

User Identity device policy

Email address: Type the email address for the user. This field is required.
Full Name: Type the full name for the user.
