This article describes new features, enhancements, and fixes in Citrix Cloud releases.

April 2026

  • Configurable inactivity timeout for console. Full-access administrators can now configure the duration of inactivity on the Citrix Cloud console before administrators are automatically signed out. The configurable inactivity timeout ranges from 10 minutes to 12 hours, with a default of 60 minutes. For more information, see System and Connectivity Requirements.

  • Conditional Authentication enhancements. Conditional Authentication now supports additional identity providers and policy conditions. For more information, see Conditional Authentication.

  • Conditional Authentication. Citrix Cloud now supports Conditional Authentication, enabling administrators to enforce context-aware access policies. For more information, see Conditional Authentication.

  • Onboard a new customer for partners. Citrix partners can now onboard new customers directly from the Citrix Cloud console. For more information, see Onboard a new customer.

  • Account management updates. The Licenses management section in Account management has been updated. For more information, see Account management.

  • Custom landing page. Administrators can now configure a custom landing page for Citrix Cloud. For more information, see Custom landing page.

  • SAML with PingFederate. Citrix Cloud now supports configuring an on-premises PingFederate server as a SAML provider. For more information, see SAML using PingFederate.

  • Citrix identity provider support. Added Citrix identity provider support in Identity and Access Management. For more information, see Identity and Access Management.

  • License Usage Insights as a new service. License Usage Insights is now available as a new service in Supported services.
